The grey veined stone splashback brings movement into the space on one side, while the window splashback on the other provides colour and light. Dark woodgrain is used on the back panels of the island to add warmth and depth, matching the bar. The Bar The bar was a key addition, for a family that loves to entertain. It is cleverly designed to appear almost as a piece of furniture joining the kitchen, dining, and lounge areas together, with its dark contrasting tone and brass metallic features, echoed elsewhere in the rooms’ furnishings. It also converts a wall run into a very useful space with the additional storage it provides.
