1. Showroom Consultation

The first step of our renovation process is a consultation in one of our two Adelaide showrooms. Gather inspiration as you tour through our displays. Explore the possibilities of style, colour, layout, and function and review our quality workmanship.

Our Showroom Consultant will explain in detail the various products and services available, and explore the requirements uniquely tailored to your project, investment, and needs.

Our friendly and experienced team are here to help you get started. Book your free, no-obligation personal showroom consultation.

2. Site Measure

Following your showroom consultation, one of our experienced designers will visit your home to measure your space, and record key details such as plumbing and electrical points, windows, and doors.

Our designers will discuss the scope of your project in detail, sharing their professional opinion on how best to bring your dream to life, transforming your space with a custom design. They will discuss concepts and limitations, and agree on a brief to quote and draw. This is a key step in our renovation process.

3. Design Presentation

We welcome you back into the Farquhar showroom to meet with your Farquhar designer as we present our design and project brief to you. See your renovation come to life through 3D technology!

Your designer will explain in detail the elements included in the design. They will take you through the products, finishes and colours, and provide you with samples of your chosen cabinets and benchtop.

When you’re happy to continue, plans will be released to you to take home and review. We will continue to work with you on refining and finalising the design and specification details to perfect your project.

4. Project Finalisation

Review your plans in detail, and finalise your design and specifications, selecting from the large range available. This includes cabinetry, benchtops, splashbacks, trades, appliances, sink & tap, handles, and more!

Use our showroom to touch and experience the finishes and materials included in your design, before confirming your selections. Once you’re happy with your custom design, selections, and pricing, your designer will finalise all details.

You will be introduced to your dedicated Project Manager, and your project will then move through to our Operations team, who will bring you renovation to life!

5. Manufacture & Installation

Your project will be managed by one of our experienced Project Managers, who will oversee your renovation end-to-end, so you don’t have to worry. Your project timeline will be documented and shared with you, so you know exactly what to expect and when.

Our quality products are manufactured locally, in our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Lonsdale, South Australia. Installation and tradework will be completed by our team of qualified and experienced tradespeople.
