Blue Denim
The kitchen’s masterpiece is the central island, clad in vertical striped profile Form Matte panels in a vibrant denim blue. ‘We knew we wanted some colour’ explains Liviana.
Bold & Bright
Matched in brightness of colour are the pastel pink bar stools, and the brushed gold of the Oliveri Essente tap. The island is ultra functional for the family, with the kids often eating their meals at the pink stools.
Form & Function
In a smaller space, function was extremely important. Integrated bin drawers were a must-have, as was an induction cooktop. ‘With the designer, we’ve made the best use of the space. Good form and function’ says Liviana, ‘it’s compact but feels very spacious’.
Matching Laundry
Clean and cohesive, the open laundry is a continuation of the white grey kitchen tones, replicated in laminate cabinetry and benchtops with matching kitkat splashback tiles to marry the two spaces.
