Dark & Dramatic

At the heart of this early 20th century Californian bungalow lies a kitchen of Black TOUCH™ super matte cabinetry, light benchtops, moody grey walls, and dark polished timber floorboards.

Matte Cabinetry

Sleek, black TOUCH™ super matte cabinetry is the sole finish used throughout. It creates an impactful feature of the standalone rangehood and cabinetry that goes full ceiling height for maximum dramatic effect. Anti-fingerprint technology meant that going handle-less with push-to-open doors made it easy to achieve a modern yet practical design. ‘We knew what we liked’ says Nadia, ‘we were not afraid to push the kitchen design boundaries’.

Design Detail

The split design of the island benchtop and extended height of the splashback create visual interest amongst the minimal design. Drawer banks, an appliance nook, LED strip lighting, and a black sink & tap make this kitchen incredibly functional. A walk-in pantry designed with matching black open shelving is exceptionally stunning.

Integrated Function

Integrating the fridge/freezer, dishwasher and rangehood results in clean lines and a unified design. It also allows the stunning finishes to stand out and gives the illusion of a larger space.

"We love it, everything has its place."
